Job Description
To provide high quality, comprehensive HR support across all GSK businesses in a cluster/country, by focusing on providing & enhancing HR support and continuous improvement to increase HR employee satisfaction.
Role Details:
• Provide HR support across all processes and across all business units within the country/cluster with responses to queries and provision of advice and guidance on policies
• Be the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers via HR systems for employee lifecycle
Provide high quality support to manage the Joiner and Exit formalities
• Support the smooth running of global and/or local processes by providing clarity on the process or re-directing queries to the appropriate level
• Manage the employee interface, ensuring understanding, compliance and satisfaction with HR Policies and processes mitigating risk of employee dissatisfaction and litigation
• Use data and metrics to ensure the high performance of Self service and HR processes and propose improvements to enhance the employee experience
• Maintain the data quality of our HR systems, GOSI, QIWA, payroll and ensure appropriate follow-up with employees / line managers to secure this
• Participate on key HR projects which needs HR input, eg. restructure, etc.
• Manage external HR suppliers as appropriate to deliver HR operational support
• Identify and anticipate continuous improvement HR activities to further simplify and standardise HR processes
• Provide HR support including preparation of HR documents subject to all legal requirements
• Support Line Managers and employees with complex transactional HR matters, providing operational and tactical HR support with a focus on Workday navigation, HR advisory on policies & process’
• Work closely with employees/ HR team to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and employee satisfaction
• Take accountability for ensuring all relevant Knowledge Articles including indicated HR Operating Model are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted global & local standards
Why You?
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors degree in HR or business related field
• Experience of 2-3 years in a similar or related HR role
• Fluent Arabic and English language skills
• Experience with Workday, Service Now any other/similar related HR Systems
• Experience in a multinational/ international & matrix environment
• Ownership and accountability
• Analytical skills: Ability to diagnose challenges and anticipate improvements to better the HR Delivery to the business
• Ability to exercise good judgement and initiative in finding solutions
• Knowledge of Saudi HR related labor law is a requirement
Knowledge of HR government systems including maintaining Qiwa, GOSI & Mudad is a plus.
• Strong knowledge and practice in using MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven organizational skills
