Qatar Airways are launching a new opportunity to join our HR System & Administration team as an HR Administrator – Separations, reporting to Manager HR Separations.
As a Separations Administrator, you will provide professional support service with emphasis on accurate and timely processing of all matters relating to employee end of service, for Qatar Airways Group and its Subsidiaries.
Other operational duties will include:
- Support of the execution of all end of employment procedures upon receipt of resignations/terminations.
- Verifying notice period, last working day, leave records, leave encasements, and un-paid leave, welcome bonus, Bond Agreement/Service Undertaking, Telephone & ADSL Deductions, telephone and furnishing allowances etc.
- Assisting in processing acceptance of resignations / end of employment paperwork and getting the authorizations from the signatories, ensuring all concerned departments are kept informed through copies of letters and emails.
- Liaising effectively with Department in case of recoveries /reimbursements that are to be included in the full and final settlement.
- Ensuring submission of travel request and cargo entitlement approvals & Visa / RP cancellations.
- Processing the full & final settlement and advising the government immigration department in order to cancel the residence permit based on the departure date.
- Making sure conclusion of the staff file is with legal clearance letter, updating the separations register and ascertaining the staff file is handed over to the filing room to close the file.
- Formulating employment reference letters.

Qualifications
About You
A successful candidate should possess the following experience and qualifications:
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Human Resources, in a multinational environment.
- Exposure to HR systems and interviewing techniques.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of immigration rules and visa requirements.
- Ability to make hotel arrangements / itineraries / flights for employees or candidates.
- Proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.
- Strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience in relation to HR Separation processes and policies.
