Job Description

• The role will ensure that all staff members are trained on all relevant policies and procedures, including safety measures.
• Conduct regular meetings with supervisors and managers to discuss progress towards goals, specific employee issues, and other related issues.
• Allotting assignments to other workers on a standard premise.
• Investigating and endorsing time sheets, cost reports, or other shapes of documentation given by workers to guarantee precision.
• Looking into reports produced by staff individuals to guarantee that they are precise and total.
• Translate and clarify work methods and arrangements to staff.
• Actualize company or departmental approaches, methods and quality/service guidelines.
• Survey records and reports important to finance, generation and other working environment exercises for checking representative exercises and assessing execution.
