<ul><li>Oversee all employee-related practices, such as recruitment, termination, benefits and retirement plans, and employee relations and solve potential issues associated with them</li><li>Conceive and implement a professional HR development plan to ensure high productivity and regulatory compliance</li><li>Monitor regulatory changes and ensure their proper implementation in the companys practices</li><li>Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all operations employees</li><li>Recommend improvements to policies and practices to make sure the HR department operates as per industry standards<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>7 years of experience in HR Management and Administration or other relevant corporate or business setting, such as Personnel or Organizational Development</li><li>Must have solid background in Performance Management systems (Hay/Mercer model), Talent Management, Organization Development, Compensation, and Benefits, HR Operating Models, and Administration.</li><li>Bachelors degree in HR, Administration, Management, Business Management, or related field</li><li>Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software such as HRMS/HRIS</li><li>Proven management and organizational skills and the ability to foster relationships cross-departmentally</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>SHPR/SHRM-SCP certification is strongly preferred<br></li></ul>
