<p><strong>Company Overview:</strong></p><p>Our company is an established industrial manufacturer in the F&B industry sector with over 10 years of experience in Qatar. We have built a strong reputation by working with some of the biggest commercial names in the country.</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As an HR & Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources and administrative functions. In addition to handling regular HR-related tasks, you will also perform basic admin duties such maintaining a third-party maintenance schedule, overseeing staffs’ accommodations & any other related tasks as needed. You will be working along with & reporting to our department heads including our CEO, Operations Manager & Technology/Development Manager.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company guidelines and local regulations.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.</li><li>Liaise with out-sourced recruitment agencies for our hiring needs.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct employee orientation programs and assist in the development of training initiatives.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave management.</li><li>Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements with the accounts department.</li><li>Oversee staff accommodations, ensuring the availability of suitable living arrangements for employees.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance staff to address basic repairs and maintenance needs around the factory premises.</li><li>Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.</li><li>Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.</li><li>Coordinate with the PRO in regards for governmental requirements, licenses & requests.</li><li>Liaise with our overseas suppliers for all our non-production related purchasing requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or F&B industry.</li><li>Sound knowledge of Qatari labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Candidate must be locally available with a transferrable visa</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Competencies Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite (specially Microsoft Access).</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) would be an advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>NOTE: This position must be filled ASAP.
