Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, thank you for your understanding.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Assisting HR Manager with generalist HR matters, including reviewing and developing Group Policies and Procedures and providing advice in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence management.</p><p>· Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws and/or regulations.</p><p>· Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information.</p><p>· Acting as first point of contact for any employee request, providing confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to employees.</p><p>· Providing support in relation to the administration and processing forms for employees.</p><p>· Updating and processing leave applications and calculating leave salaries.</p><p>· Maintain employee leave history & report.</p><p>· Collate payroll information and documents.</p><p>· Making time sheet entries.</p><p>· Preparing Payroll effects and coordinating with accounts and processing payments.</p><p>· Initiating exit procedures for resigned employees and ensuring the handing over is completed as per the checklist.</p><p>· Processing and calculating end of service benefits for resigned employees and to ensure compliance with UAE labour law.</p><p>· Work very closely with Hiring Managers & Business head to plan and execute manpower requirement based on forecast across all level.</p><p>· Drafting and finalizing Job Description for the roles.</p><p>· Actively sourcing utilizing all available Job Boards, CV Databases and other candidate sources for effective and timely source the candidate as per job requirements.</p><p>· Maintaining CV Database.</p><p>· Screening and conducting HR interview for the candidates and ensuring the candidate are matching the requirement.</p><p>· Scheduling and coordinating interviews for the shortlisted candidate.</p><p>· Negotiating and releasing offer letter for the selected candidate.</p><p>· Follow up with the offered candidate on the documents for visa processing.</p><p>· Responsible for creation of email address, desktop/laptops, sitting arrangement and ensure smooth on boarding of new joiners.</p><p>· Applying Insurance for new joiners.</p><p>· Preparing and submitting the documents for visa stamping</p><p>· Submitting the joining report documents for personal file.</p><p>· Fulfillment of additional duties as required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree required; Industry experience is a plus.</p><p>· Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is a must.</p><p>· Fluent in English (spoken and written advanced level).</p><p>· Must be in UAE for the last 5 years with a UAE Drivers License</p><p>· Strong tech skills – MS Office, </p><p>· Ability to develop implement and update various manuals on SOPs</p><p>· Exposure to social media and online platforms.</p><p>· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</p><p>· Strong work ethic and a “no task too big or small” mentality</p><p>· Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy</p><p>· Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment</p><p>· High level of discretion; an aptitude for independent judgment</p>
