<ul><li>Managing admin work for the recruitment department including arranging& booking interviews with selected candidates.</li><li> Do all necessary follow-ups between the hiring managers and candidates to ensure proper communication is maintained along the process</li><li>Deliver excellent candidate and client experience.</li><li>Updating recruitment reports so must be a very good Excel user</li><li>Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>1 -2 years of experience in relevant admin or recruitment discipline</li><li>Excellent English skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communicator</li><li>Organized mindset and self-driven</li><li>At least good at using Excel </li><li>Friendly and cooperative attitude</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
