Job Description

<p>Job Location- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia</p><p>Experience- 7+ Years of experience</p><ol><li>Install, configure, and support HP Micro Focus software solutions including but not limited to HP Server Automation, HP Operations Manager, HP Service Manager and HP Network Automation.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to clients and internal teams.</li><li>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed documentation for HP Micro Focus software solutions including installation guides, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and provide updates on projects and technical support issues.</li><li>Stay current with new HP Micro Focus software releases and updates.</li><li>Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of HP Micro Focus software solutions.</li><li>Upgrade existing HP Micro Focus software solutions to the latest version.</li><li>Develop and implement procedures for disaster recovery and business continuity.</li><li>Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for emergency support.</li><li>Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.</li></ol>
