Inspiring us to create warm and sophisticated experiences for those seeking a richer perspective on the world.<br><br>Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel in Beirut is looking to hire a Housekeeping Supervisor.<br><br>Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental hotel with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 4 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.<br><br><strong>A little taste of your day-to-day:<br><br></strong>Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:<br><ul><li>Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure professionalism and teamwork.</li><li>Room Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of amenities.</li><li>Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.</li><li>Quality Control: Maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms, taking corrective actions when necessary.</li><li>Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns or requests promptly, collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.</li><li>Training and Development: Provide training on cleanliness standards, safety procedures, and equipment handling to the housekeeping staff.</li><li>Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and conduct inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards.</li><li>Scheduling and Planning: Coordinate housekeeping tasks and optimize staffing levels for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate reports on housekeeping activities, including room occupancy and maintenance requests.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We need from you:<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.</li><li>2 to 4 years experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using housekeeping software and computer systems.</li><li>Must be fluent in Arabic and English.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What you can expect from us:<br><br></strong>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
