Position Title:             Housekeeping Manager

Salary:                        up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai

Job Description:

• Manage the day to day running of all aspects of the restaurant housekeeping services
• Manage the cleaning team and make the roster of the third party contractor
• Take care of all linen management
• Make sure that the whole building : curtains / walls / flooring / carpets / marbles / toilets / façade are made and cleaned properly
• Manage and maintain general cleanliness in all agreed areas of the restaurant

Skills

Qualifications:

• 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
• Preferably with hospitality/restaurant experience
