We are hiring for a Hotel in Al Najaf, Iraq!

A Housekeeping Manager to be responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the hotel. Including staff training, inter- department communications, and staff scheduling. The Housekeeper Manager will promote an atmosphere that insures customer and associate satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members. This position will report directly to the General Manager of the hotel.

Skills

1. University degree in hotel management.

2. At least 5 years of experience in the hotel

industry.

3. 3 years of experience as a room service manager or

assistant manager.

5. Communication and public relations skills.

6. Proficient in the use of computers, MS Office

programs and hotel information programs.

7. Proficient in the English language.

8. Entrepreneurial & leadership skills
