Our spacious rooms and suites have panoramic city and sea views, while award-winning restaurants, state-of-the-art meeting venues, easy access to local highlights, health, and fitness club, and a rooftop pool, ensure a memorable stay.<br><br>Situated in an exclusive location, minutes from downtown Doha and major government and corporate offices and within minutes to the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, City Center Mall, and Doha Golf Club, our properties offer distinctive surroundings which will forever redefine luxury.<br><br><strong>What’s the job?<br><br></strong>As a <strong>Housekeeping Executive</strong> you are responsible to supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving the operational objectives while ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel meet the requirements specified and your role. <strong>Promote the desired work culture by living the 5 winning ways value – </strong><em><strong>Do the Right thing, Show we care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, Work better together.<br><br></strong></em><strong>Your day-to-day<br></strong><ul><li>Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignments</li><li>Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants</li><li>Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms and take appropriate action</li><li>Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions</li><li>Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant</li><li>Receive special requests from guests and carry them out</li><li>Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs are reported</li><li>Fill out report and hand over found articles to the lost and found department</li><li>Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells</li><li>Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants and advise Superior about performance</li><li>Assist with inventory and ensure that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Need From You:<br><br></strong>Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:<br><ul><li>Similar experience in a luxury hotel</li><li>A business-related degree or equivalent</li><li>Experience in effective learning and development methods</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse work environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English &amp; Arabic</li><li>Additional language is an added advantage</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Result-oriented and self-motivated along with a positive attitude<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer:<br><br></strong>We’ll reward all your hard work with a competitive salary and benefits.<br><br>Join us and you’ll become part of the global IHG family – and like all families, all our individual team members share some winning characteristics.
