Hotel Supervisor
Job Description
<p>In our growing hospitality firm, we are recruiting a supervisor for our boutique hotel located in Ashrafieh. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, presentable and able to communicate clearly with guests and subordinates. </p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Managing Front Desk personnel and assigning tasks </li><li>Market the services to potential clients in the market</li><li>Managing the relation with guests </li><li>Recommend marketing initiative and continuous relation tasks with guests.</li><li>Recommend parties to be contacted to market the services of the hotel.</li><li>Manage the team of the back of the house and exercise quality control actions. </li><li>Managing room distribution and assignment to guests. </li><li>Lever the level of service where possible. </li><li>Prepare daily and monthly reports</li><li>Report as frequently required to the management, the performance and measures taken to improve it and others. </li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>High school qualification or equivalent.</li><li>Previous hospitality or client/PR relation experience would be advantageous.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Well-presented and professional appearance.</li><li>Competency with Microsoft Office.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Must have flexible hours.</li></ul><p> </p>
