As a leader in the travel industry, we’re seeking an experienced professional who can oversee our reservations department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage a team of reservation agents to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations</li><li>Monitor reservation systems to ensure accurate and timely bookings</li><li>Analyze data and reports to identify trends and implement strategies for improving revenue and occupancy rates</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences</li><li>Develop and implement training programs for reservation agents to ensure continuous improvement and growth</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel reservations</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li></ul>
