effortlessly setting and communicating clear objectives and assigning responsibilities to FIVE Tribe Members to ensure productivity.</li><li>Drives business objectives and optimises profitability through Meticulous budget management and prudent control of expenditures, while continuously delivering the Highest Level of Service.</li><li>Holds accountability for overseeing FIVEs annual operating strategies to attract new guests and increase revenue.</li><li>Leads the Recruitment and Retention of FIVE Tribe Members who embody the essence of the FIVE Tribe, epitomising the famed Vibe at FIVE.</li><li>Collaborates closely with Department Heads to establish and align goals and objectives that harmonise with the overall vision of FIVE.</li><li>Oversees and actively engages in the complete spectrum of Hotel Operations, ensuring Unparalleled Service Delivery across all operational and support departments.</li><li>Works hand in hand with the General Manager to meticulously plan and direct the hotels operations, blazing a trail of Visionary Leadership.</li><li>Conducts regular Inspections of all areas to ensure Next-Level cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Actively participates in the Hotels Emergency Plan and Crisis Procedures, continuously enhancing and updating the emergency preparedness and crisis management protocols.</li><li>Orchestrates the planning and execution of internal projects in close coordination with Department Heads, fostering Seamless Collaboration and timely implementation.</li><li>Plays an integral role in the Recruitment Process for Senior Leadership Positions within the hotel, handpicking Exceptional Talents to join the FIVE Tribe.</li><li>Ensures swift and fair resolution of FIVE Tribe-Related issues, adhering to FIVEs policies and nurturing a Supportive and Inclusive work environment.</li><li>Embraces a Hands-On Approach, stepping in and performing duties across all aspects of hotel operations whenever the need arises, inspiring the FIVE Tribe with a ‘Lead-By-Example’ Ethos.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><strong><u>What We’re Looking For</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferable.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Luxury Hotel Management, preferably with international exposure.</li><li>Current experience as a Hotel Manager with a Luxury Hospitality Brand, in a high-volume environment is a must.</li><li>Exceptional communication and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering ‘FIVE-Star’ Guest Experiences.</li><li> Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively.</li><li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.</li><li>Demonstrate ‘FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of luxury hotel operations, revenue management, and industry best practices.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).</li><li>A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’
