The restaurant is fresh and full of light, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city and the restaurant’s terrace. Seeking a dynamic and passionate candidate who is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.<p><br></p><strong> The Role: </strong><p><br></p>The Hostess – Italian Restaurant is accountable for all aspects of the F&B experience of Lombard Restaurant by focusing ultimately on both guest and colleagues satisfaction.<p><br></p><strong> Some of the key responsibilities </strong> :<p><br></p><ul><li> Restaurant Hostess provides special attention to all V.I.P. guests </li><li> Restaurant Hostess is responsible for assuring that the standard of cleanliness are being maintained in her area. </li><li> Restaurant Hostess is welcoming the guest at the entrance of the restaurant, offered different kind of cuisine (Buffer or a la carte) and escorting the guest to the clean table. </li><li> Restaurant hostess will make sure that each guest will be welcome on arrival in the restaurant. </li><li> Restaurant hostess will make sure that the guest will get a nice good by when their leaving the restaurant. </li><li> Restaurant hostess will make sure to keep up the guest data base with the information like birthday, wedding dates, e-mail address etc.). </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Very Good level of English</li><li> Communication skills</li><li> 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.</li></ul>
