Job Description:
• Demonstrates welcoming with a warm and courteous greeting of guests upon arrival and escorting to designated/reserved tables and bids farewell at the time of leaving.
• Monitors reservations, table allocations, waiting lists, and discount redemptions.
• Checks reservation book regularly for next meal reservation.
• Ensures that standard procedures concerning billing, takeaways, discounts & promotional details, shisha rules & SOP, and outside food policies are accurately being conducted and strictly seen.
• Presents and menu to guests while in the waiting area and explains the restaurant pagers ‘range.
• Courteously escorts guests to preferred tables upon availability and introduces them to the attending servers.
• Answers telephone calls, taking daily guests’ reservations and inquiries
