Job Description

We are seeking a presentable and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team at Hoof Dubai Mall branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, managing reservations, seating guests, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations, take customer names, and prepare tables for their arrival
• Provide customers with menus and help them with menu selections
• Answer customer queries regarding menu items, restaurant policies, and services
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized and tidy at all times
• Monitor the dining areas to ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and experience
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is served timely and correctly
• Assist in setting up and preparing for special events or promotions
• Assist in maintaining inventory of restaurant supplies and materials
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Good grooming and personal hygiene standards
• Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
