Hostess (Arabic Female)

Skills

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is preferred
• Experience as Hostess in a high-volume hotel with the highest levels of service is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as Hostess
• Ability to understand guest needs and deliver superior customer service
• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or luxury restaurant environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is required for communication with Arabic-speaking guests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle guest reservations and seating arrangements effectively.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Multitasking abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
