About the Client:

 A newly opened high end stand-alone restaurant based in Dubai

Job Description:

• Maintains a complete and updated knowledge of all in menu outlets, services, and hours of operation.
• Sustains a friendly interaction with guests along with supplying useful information about restaurant services and facilities like familiarization specifically but not limited to the menu, designated dining areas, comfort rooms, and existing discounts & promotions. 
• Demonstrates welcoming with a warm and courteous greeting of guests upon arrival and escorting to designated/reserved tables and bids farewell at the time of leaving. 
• Estimates wait times and handing pagers whenever the restaurant is full. 
• Monitors reservations, table allocations, waiting lists, and discount redemptions. Checks reservation book regularly for next meal reservation. 
• Ensures that standard procedures concerning billing, takeaways, discounts & promotional details, shisha rules & SOP, are accurately conducted

Skills

Qualifications:

• Female, 25 to 30 years old
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role from a fine dining/stand alone/high end casual dining restaurant
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
