<br><p>**Responsibilities:**</p><p>1. Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door and provide them with a warm, friendly welcome.</p><p>2. Maintain a strategic seating or reservation plan to maximize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>3. Handle phone calls and customer queries about reservations and waiting times, providing excellent customer service in all interactions.</p><p>4. Manage take-out orders and ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.</p><p>5. Coordinate with the kitchen and the serving staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.</p><p>6. Maintain a clean reception area and organized work station.</p><p>7. Assist with cleaning and setting tables, restocking supplies, and supporting the serving staff as necessary.</p><p>8. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>**Qualifications:**</p><p>1. Previous experience as a hostess or in a related customer service role is a plus.</p><p>2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</p><p>3. Strong customer service orientation and patience in dealing with customers.</p><p>4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>5. Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.</p><p>6. Availability to work in shifts, during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</p><p>7. Physical stamina to stand for long periods.</p>
