<p>Reporting to the Horeca Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing business strategy of the Horeca channel. You must be able to recruit, develop and maintain Horeca customers, maximize revenue and profit and to achieve company objectives. You will need to effectively manage and communicate internally and externally to strengthen partnerships and retain accounts.</p><p><br></p><p>Major Accountabilities:</p><p>- Implement strategy to achieve volume and revenue growth by recruiting and retaining Customers in assigned area. Negotiate Trade Agreements to maintain targeted Gross Margin.</p><p>- You will be responsible for payment collection, rectify problem situations/ short payments, coordinate with Finance &amp; Marketing to issue Marketing supports/ credit notes etc. Ensure that approved Company Policy is followed in recommending the extension of credit.&nbsp;</p><p>- Quarterly review with existing customers to identify opportunities and marketing plans to fuel growth.</p><p>- Ensure marketing budgets are spent on time. Discuss joint marketing plans with customers and execute in coordination with marketing dept.</p><p>- Establish Daily Journey plan for self and team; ensure the customers are provided with regular and efficient service.</p><p>- Responsible for forecasting sales, POSMs and equipment’s required in your territory.</p><p>- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and Code of Business Conduct.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>- Should have minimum 5 years of extensive experience in Sales in FMCG Horeca Sector</p><p>- In Addition should have 2 years in a Supervisory Horeca role&nbsp;</p><p>-Saudi Driving license</p><p>-Experience in Horeca in the East Region in Saudi Arabia, is an advantage.</p><ul><li><span>Experience in the rice market is a plus</span></li></ul>
