<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>Incorporated in 2016, Armela Farms is a large-scale commercial producer, packer and distributor of water grown Lettuce, vegetables and Kale in U.A.E. Armela Farms hydroponic growing technology, on-site storage, packaging, and distributions methods is redefining local foods supply, committed to feeding people in cities in a way that is positive for the environment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for sales activities and involved in respective sales segments for the company.</li><li>Develop the HORECA channel focusing on the Hotels/Cafe/Restaurants sector for Fresh produce.</li><li>Participate with senior management in the development of strategic marketing plans.</li><li>Responsible for all accounts receivables, monitoring of A/R ageing on a proactive basis.</li><li>Identifying and securing new clients in addition to yielding existing clients to ensure revenue targets are met.</li><li>Analyze market needs and trends, to identify and deliver strategies to support the company’s business development plan.</li><li>Develop and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the support to potential and existing clients.</li><li>Meet the sales targets and KPIs as set and agreed by the senior management.</li><li>Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of activities.</li><li>Any ad hoc duties as assigned.</li><li>Build relationships with key employees among customers.</li><li>Create plans to address clients’ business needs.</li><li>Advise clients on creating profitable processes.</li><li>Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.</li><li>Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams of Accounts, Sales, Engineers, Marketing and Senior Management) to address customers’ needs.</li></ul><p><br></p>
