Job Summary:
Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales of Horeca, Corporate and hospitality sector tailored exclusively to our industry.
Carry out the Sales in order to meet and exceed the projected target.
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge that allows Sales Associate to give effective presentation to the Client.
Develops Annual business plan in conjunction with Team Mates/ Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year.
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned area, including the use of Microsoft Outlook/ERP Software to maintain accurate records to maximize potential.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Maintain the highest standard of professionalism with the staff and/or clients and/or customers.
Assuming full responsibility for the supervision and management of sales flow of the Client accounts that are generated.
Open new sales channel as and when there is an opportunity to do so.

Reporting:
1. Reports Directly to Head of Operations with regard to the Sales targets, daily updates and other issues and suggestions.
