<p><strong>Brief Description:</strong></p><p>Educates, inspires, motivates, and encourages students and helps them to be passionate about learning and understand the impact and importance of lifelong education.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education Requirements:</strong></p><p>Bachelor Degree in the subject area.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Requirements:</strong></p><p>Minimum 1 Years of experience as teacher.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Outstanding interpersonal Skills.</p><p>• Excellent Organization skills.</p><p>• Excellent knowledge in digital education tools.</p><p>• Excellent time management.</p><p>• Ability to work as part of team or independently.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Teaches and educates students according to guidelines provided by Curriculum Framework under the overall guidance of the relevant education authority.</p><p>• Teaches according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students.</p><p>• Plans, prepares and delivers lessons to all students in the class.</p><p>• Assigns work, corrects and marks work carried out by his/her students and provides constructive feedback.</p><p>• Assesses, records and reports on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of the students.</p><p>• Provides and contributes to oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual students or groups of students.</p><p>• Provides guidance and advice to students on educational and academic matters.</p><p>• Communicates, consults and co-operates with the school staff to ensure the best interest of students.</p><p>• Reviews and evaluates one’s own teaching and learning strategies, methodologies and program/s in line with the Curriculum standards and the framework guidelines.</p><p>• Participates effectively in the preparation and development of courses of study, subject scope and sequence, teaching materials, teaching programs, methods of teaching and assessment and all school plans and programs.</p><p>• Participates in reciprocal peer review and observation of class teaching practice by the subject supervisor/HOD.</p><p>• Participates in In-Service education and training courses as well as in continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities.</p><p>• Contributes effectively to the professional development of new teachers according to arrangements agreed by the School authority.</p><p>• Provides the necessary information, data, plans, and documents to the designated personnel in the school and provides all the necessary information regarding requisitions and arrangements in connection with his areas of responsibility.</p>
