Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and FCF targets (Cash In) worldwide through coordination and supervision of subsidiaries and dealers
* Localize and sell the Total Wellness solution through partnership and customization of packages to specific market needs
* Provide guidelines for business development, go-to-market strategies capable of leading sales & marketing people
* Develop profiled marketing campaigns and programs for specific customer segments to enhance customers’ acquisition, retention, cross-sell/up-sell strategies and tactics
* Allocate resources consistently with specific objectives, processes and metrics in mind
* Lead, manage, and develop influencers’ networks such as architects, designers, show-room partners, personal trainers, athletes, etc.
Partner with Company HQ functions to ensure products/services are well conceptualized, priced consistently, released on time and are supported by commercial plans locally that include promotional and advertising activities
* Develop clear, insightful and thorough media-creative projects briefs to guide local teams, key company HQ functions and external agencies
