High-End Business Development Assistant – Internship

Working within the Watches &amp; Fine Jewellery Department, your mission will be to provide an operational support to the High-End Business Manager in the implementation of the marketing plan.<p><br></p><strong>Events Coordination </strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Support the Team in timely implementation of calendar</li><li>Provide full support in planning &amp; executing events: Global Events, Regional Events and boutique animations</li><li>Responsible for permits follow-up, quotations requests, suppliers confirmation &amp; coordination, other teams coordination &amp; follow-up, assets briefing, event book, tools updates, etc…</li><li>Follow-up on Budget and invoicing</li><li>Monitor the ROI for each event</li><li>Provide support on feedbacks &amp; event reports<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Client Treatment </strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Support High-End Manager &amp; retail team by developing relevant experiences for clients</li><li>Coordinate with retail teams gifts and actions to clients</li><li>Follow-up gifting inventory &amp; client treatment tracking file<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Stock &amp; Product Assortment follow-up </strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Provide product knowledge and sales tools to support High-end ambassador, WFJ advisors and Fashion Advisors</li><li>Help to assortment definition for events, animations, routing, windows, etc…</li><li>Be the main contact of Europe for transfers, pieces requests, stock wishlist, etc… &amp; support of retail team and stock coordinator for shipments, stock and pieces requests</li><li>Update stock follow-up tools for a better tracking of model stock &amp; pieces requests</li><li>Communicate to retail team new pieces in stock</li><li>Follow-up certificates and aftersales topics<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>High-End Awareness &amp; Market Intelligence</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>High-End Newsletter</li><li>Competition monitoring and reporting on Events and clienteling – Identify the best practices<br></li></ul><p><br></p>The person will support the team will be involved in other transversal projects.<p><br></p>You have a first successful experience in Retail/Marketing/Events and have a strong interest for Watches &amp; Fine Jewellery activity. Your interpersonal and communication skills in addition with your ability to multitask and attention to details will be a real asset to succeed in this position. You are pro-active and dynamic with a “can do” mindset.<p><br></p>English mandatory, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.<p><br></p>Internship based in Dubai – 6 months – Starting May/June 2023
