<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>VAM Systems </strong>is currently looking for<strong> Helpdesk Specialist </strong>for our<strong> Bahrain </strong>operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:<p><br></p><strong>Educational Qualification & Certifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> National Diploma in Computer science or Computer Engineering</li><li> Certification in A+, N+, MCDST and MOUS are preferable</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum 3 years progressive experience in in helpdesk or technical support. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Required Skills: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Good communication skills. </li><li> Must be Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) and preferably Arabic</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Receive and undertakes logs reported through the Help Desk phone number. </li><li> Receive and undertakes logs reported through the Help Desk email or system. </li><li> Support and troubleshoot user community in use MIS systems and basic issues. </li><li> Forward logs to the competent authority. </li><li> Follow up to completion of and finalize the logs with the competent authority. </li><li> Keeps users informed of updates, known errors, new facilities or any IT related changes, which may affect their working environment, by sending circulates and notices. </li><li> Register all logs related to Technical Support. </li><li> Submit regularly report about logs. </li><li> Perform other duties and related tasks as may be required from time to time. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Joining time frame: (15 – 30 days) Terms and conditions</strong><p><br></p><strong>The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in Bahrain.</strong><p><br></p>Additional Information<p><br></p><strong>Terms and conditions:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Joining time frame:</strong> <strong>maximum 4 weeks</strong>
