Job Description
<p>Implement & Maintain helpdesk process/procedures and tools.</p><p>Keep track of installed IT assets in order to prepare upgrades and replacements</p><p>Assist and advise users on standard applications and general usage of IT resources.</p><p>Provide support to users on computer systems</p><p>Provide daily IT support to the company</p><p>Min 5+ years’ Experience in the relevant field</p><p>Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</p><p>Active participation with system administration functions</p><p>Actively seeking new ways to solve any issue or challenge</p><p>Customer oriented attitude and good communication skills</p><p>Ability to work based as part of a larger team</p><p>Ability to work unsupervised at times and to prioritize the assigned workload</p><p>Passion for Technology and keep with recently updates, and learn master new technologies</p><p>A high attention to the detail</p><p>Confidence to challenge process and procedures</p><p>A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work</p><p>Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure</p><p>Duties & Responsibilities</p><p> </p><p><strong>Skills / Qualifications:</strong></p><p> </p><p>Technical Knowledge to include but not limited to….</p><p>Basic understanding for LAN and TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP etc.)</p><p>Good understanding of authentications and client configurations, AD, Group Policy,Microsoft 365, </p><p>Preferably it has courses and certificates or any other industry certifications are plus</p><p>Skills for Anti-Virus and Encryption software are preferable</p><p>software installation</p><p>Switches, Wireless devices, CCTV systems.</p><p>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows10 and</p><p>PC peripherals – and mobile phones, printers, VoIP etc.</p><p><strong>Education </strong> </p><p> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology</p>
