Job Description
<p>Supporting employees of the company</p><p>Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners </p><p>Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks </p><p>Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests on ServiceDesk / Helpdesk</p><p>Providing technical support across the company : either locally or remotely </p><p>Setting up accounts for new users : assisting new users in setting up necessary apps</p><p>Repairing and replacing equipment when needed</p><p>Assisting System Admins and Network Admins in troubleshooting technical problems</p><p>Troubleshooting problems and escalating to Level 3 if needed</p><p>Testing new technology</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Knowledge on:</u></strong></p><p>- Microsoft Active Directory</p><p>- Microsoft Exchange (local and cloud)</p><p>- Microsoft Office (Cloud)</p><p>- Antivirus deployment / troubleshoot</p><p>- Backup solution deployment / troubleshoot</p><p></p>
