Job Description
- 3+ years’ experience of managing comparable Help Desk operation(s) in GCC region
- Bachelor, Diploma
- Language – Both Language proficiency (Written & Spoken) is a MUST professional Bodies – IFMA , RICS, IMechE, IEE, BIFM, CIBSE, ICE or similar
Skills
- Good understanding of the management of the facilities management
- Proven experience in commercial management and customer relation management
- FM / similar background – Good working knowledge of soft services (housekeeping, pest control, waste management , security , porter services etc.) ideally within schools or similar
