Job Description

  • 3+ years’ experience of managing comparable Help Desk operation(s) in GCC region
  • Bachelor, Diploma
  • Language – Both Language proficiency (Written & Spoken) is a MUST professional Bodies – IFMA , RICS, IMechE, IEE, BIFM, CIBSE, ICE or similar 

Skills

  • Good understanding of the management of the facilities management
  • Proven experience in commercial management and customer relation management
  • FM / similar background – Good working knowledge of soft services (housekeeping, pest control, waste management , security , porter services etc.) ideally within schools or similar
