<p><span>We are looking For Digital HSE Advisor for one of our leading client into OFS </span></p><p><span>Post: Digital HSE Advisor</span></p><p><span>Location: Oman</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Digital HSE Advisor will be part of the Digitalization Transformation Leadership & Deployment Team jointly with the Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) Team</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Experience/Qualifications Needed</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Environmental Sciences, or Occupational Health and Safety. Additional certifications in data analytics or HSE management are desirable.</li><li>Proven experience (A minimum of 12 years) as <strong>Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role</strong>, preferably in a high-risk industry and Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and statistical analysis software.</strong></li><li><strong>Knowledge of HSE principles, regulations, and industry standards.</strong></li><li><strong>Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)</strong> to effectively communicate HSE insights.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of data governance and data management practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills required.</strong></p><ul><li>Strong Digitalization/Agile concepts understanding – accreditation where applicable (e.g., Scrum Mastering; Agile Coaching) </li><li>Skilled on 4IR trends and applicability in O&G industry </li><li>Interpersonal skills </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>interested?
