<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>You will be focused on supporting client relationships by providing service support to consultancy lead. The incumbent will typically be a member of a consultancy team. It supports consultancy lead in providing the products and services required by our clients and will communicate regularly with clients handled by the team. All duties to be carried out in a compliant and ethical manner. You will be in day-to-day communication liaison with consultancy lead, Clients, ops and placement team.<p><br></p><strong>Role </strong><p><br></p><strong>Clients</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of clients and ensures delivery of required services to clients.</li><li>Support the consultancy lead in meetings with clients as required. </li><li>Maintain direct contact with clients as agreed with the Team Leader or consultants.</li><li>Prepare Client Service Agreements for own clients, including renewal documents, stewardship reports and client feedback reports as required by Client Service Agreements.</li><li>Ensure the delivery of all operations responsibilities until the hiring of the Operations team members.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Excellence</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Implement and maintains compliance systems in accordance with the WTW Excellence Model.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring that insurance placements and technical standards of our offerings to clients meet the agreed client expectations. </li><li>Responsible for compliance procedures for own clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Financial</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure the consultancy lead are fully informed of revenue and margin requirements to deliver agreed level of service to clients and support the consultants in meetings to this end.</li><li>Identify and pursue cross selling and referral opportunities with own clients.</li><li>Responsible for profitability of own clients. Will cooperate closely with consultancy lead to ensure that correct fee/commission levels are negotiated with own clients.</li><li>Responsible for actively cross selling own clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>People</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Liaise with local ops and placement team as necessary.</li><li>Assisting the Team Leader in developing the skills of the team members. This includes facilitating coaching and mentoring programs from within, and outside the team to ensure that all team members have properly constituted Personal Development Plans.</li></ul>
