This is an impactful role for Hypemasters’ marketing team – you’ll become the key decision-maker in the marketing department. You’ll be able to test new ideas to drive growth for the business. This is an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive individual

Responsibilities

  • Manage the UA team, leading and advising them in their operations, optimising large-scale mobile marketing campaigns across core channels such as Apple, Google, Ad Networks as well as other ad platforms
  • Analyse and report performance of all UA activities to key stakeholders on a regular basis, being the main point of contact across the business for UA-related discussions
  • Develop and deliver user acquisition strategy plans and define KPIs in alignment with business objectives for existing and new mobile titles, setting goals and budgets per title, platform and market
  • Explore and on-board new ad partners as well as non-traditional UA sources (e.g. influencer marketing) in order to ensure further UA growth
  • Ensure that the best ad tech is employed to drive UA at scale, making sure that the acquisition funnel measurement and optimisation runs in the most efficient way possible
  • Advise product teams, ensure the proper UA setup, and coordinate the launch of UA for new products according to best practices to gain valuable product performance insights ahead of global launches
  • Define the UA roadmap and set priorities for test campaigns and creative concepts
  • Take responsibility for a multi-million budget, producing monthly and annual budget forecasts for each game and platform
  • Work with the UA artists to explore innovative design concepts in order to improve campaign performance
