We are working with a Major Oil &amp; Gas operator to source a Head of System Completion. This is a long-term contract role working on a residential basis.<p><br></p>Please see details below. Title: Head of System Completion Start Date: Negotiable (typically within 1 month notice)<p><br></p>Duration: 36 Months Location: Onshore Working Schedule: Work hours per day: 10 hrs./day<p><br></p>Workdays per Week: 6 days/week<p><br></p>Workday per Month: 26 days/month<p><br></p>Leave Rotation: 12 weeks on/ 2 weeks off.<p><br></p>Job Accountabilities: Manage the successful delivery of the project scope in all aspects of System Completion discipline.<p><br></p>Oversee the System Completions team responsibility for project.<p><br></p>Manages the process for systems completion and commissioning deliverables for project.<p><br></p>Manage the development and maintain processes and interfaces related to overall Mechanical Completion procedures for project.<p><br></p>Manage the development and maintain processes and interfaces related to overall Systems Completion procedures for project.<p><br></p>Manage the development and maintain processes and interfaces related to overall Turnover and Acceptance procedures for project.<p><br></p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications And Experience Required</u></strong><p><br></p>Bachelor’s degree in appropriate engineering discipline.<p><br></p>15+ years of experience with 5 years at senior system completion supervision level with overall responsibility for systems completion execution. Broad and extensive knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, and systems completion.<p><br></p>Experience of managing Brownfield Projects and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS)<p><br></p>Pipeline and subsea skid experiences<p><br></p>Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.<p><br></p>Excellent written and spoken English skills.<p><br></p>Strong organizational, planning and coordination solving skills.<p><br></p>Strong technical, analytical and interface skills.<p><br></p>Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.<p><br></p>Good time management skills<p><br></p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience of system completion management systems If you would like to be considered for the position, please apply direct to this advertisement with your CV &amp; contact details.
