<p>As the Head of Secondary Sales in a Dubai-based real estate brokerage firm, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the secondary sales division. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.</li><li>Extensive experience in real estate sales, particularly in the Dubai market, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools</li><li>Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.</li></ul><p></p>
