Our client is a Regional Insurance and Reinsurance brokerage with offices in Dubai, Lebanon, Cyprus and Iraq. Seeking to recruit “Head of Corporate Sales” to be based in Beirut, Lebanon.<p><br></p>The position will be reporting to the CEO.<p><br></p>Location: Lebanon (Lebanese candidates only)<p><br></p>Job Overview:We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our client’s company as the Head of Corporate Sales. As the leader of corporate sales team based in Lebanon, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives within the insurance industry.<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy tailored to the Lebanese market and the insurance industry.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a corporate mindset and entrepreneurial spirit within the team.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, engaging directly with key decision-makers and understanding their specific needs.</li><li>Utilize strong strategic thinking and market insights to identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s corporate client base.</li><li>Conduct effective presentations to showcase the company’s products and services, persuasively articulating their value proposition to potential clients.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities, incorporating them into sales strategies and initiatives.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making. <br></li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven track record of success in corporate sales within the insurance industry, with at least 7 years of experience on a managerial level. </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking abilities, able to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.</li><li>Exceptional presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling pitches to corporate clients.</li><li>Demonstrated capability to engage directly with corporate customers, building lasting relationships.</li><li>Age is not a constraint, although candidates in their 30s are preferred.</li><li>Superb personal presentation and charisma, representing the company professionally.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take ownership and drive results. <br></li></ul><p><br></p>If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and achievements.
