<p>The Head of Sales defines, articulates, and implements the organization’s strategy for selling our services. He/She develops forecasts and strategies to achieve sales levels to ensure profitability. He/She actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers.</p><p><br></p><p><span>At TIPSME, we want to create our community and seek a Head of Sales who can reach the usual people and establish communications with communities to help us maintain and nurture these relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills and an ability to foster positive relationships with individuals and organizations. The Head of Sales will be the principal ambassador for the company, addressing internal audiences and the public to share the company’s vision and plans for achieving it.</span></p><p><br></p><p>He/She should be kept abreast of industry trends, market, and competitors’ activities and serves as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, or trade shows. He/She leads presentations for business development and is involved in meetings with key business stakeholders. He/She is a team leader that can motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers.</p><p><br></p><p>He/She has strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. He/She must understand market demand and customer purchasing behavior well. He/She must also build and maintain quality relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other companies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Duties and Responsibilities</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>The objective of the role</em></strong></p><ul><li>Develop a strategy for building and maintaining programs and activities that will positively impact the community.</li><li>Build relationships with community members, key individuals, and other organizations and maintain them.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for neighboring businesses, institutions, and communities.</li><li>Be the principal ambassador for the company, responsible for sharing its vision with the local community.</li><li>Serve as a mentor to junior staff members and assist with their professional development to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Responsibilities </em></strong></p><ul><li>Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization’s goals.</li><li>Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.</li><li>Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines for customer relationships.</li><li>Establish internal guidelines for personal data protection based on applicable legislation to manage customer data.</li><li>Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.</li><li>Influence senior stakeholders within customers’ organizations and premier buyers in the industry.</li><li>Investigate factors impacting sales performance.</li><li>Leverage innovations to maximize the revenue of traditional and digital assets and products.</li><li>Monitor changes in the industry and leverages them for business opportunities.</li><li>Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels, and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships.</li><li>Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices.</li><li>Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.</li><li>Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts.</li><li>Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.</li><li>Provide input to the Content Development team based on customer and industry feedback.</li><li>Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.</li><li>Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.</li><li>Organize community outreach programs and coordinate special events that promote products, services, and ideas for the company.</li><li>Draft and distribute communications that promote the company as well as individuals and groups within it</li><li>Attend relevant events and activities to represent the company and build strong relationships with key community members.</li><li>Respond to inquiries from community members and other parties, and recruit knowledgeable spokespeople or information sources for assistance when needed.</li><li>Build and promote cross-functional relationships within the company</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and executed public press conferences, working with third-party PR agencies when necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Manage social media content and virtual groups to enhance the company’s online profile</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements and skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the <em>Field of Restaurants and Hotels</em></strong></li><li><strong>Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the<em> Field of IT </em></strong></li><li><strong><em>Physical Presence in Dubai</em></strong></li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business&nbsp;professional relationships</li><li>Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs</li><li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback</li><li>Bachelor’s/Masters’s degree in business/restaurant/IT or a related field</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Required Skills</em></strong></p><ul><li>At least two years of experience in public relations or a related field</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a
