Our client is a leading Forex trading platform and is currently seeking to hire a Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for daily operations; reaching sales, expense, quality targets
  • Propose and implement different sales tactics for reaching best results
  • Overview and control all employees, ensuring proper reporting, work discipline and quality, communicating clear goals for them
  • Solve any assigned tasks from the Head Office regarding employees, tasks, legal or administrative issues, etc.
  • Responsibility to prepare and follow up budget for the country
  • Ensure employees acting according to company code of ethics
  • Optimize the current expenses
  • Organize the efficient administrative work-flow that is fast and easy
  • Will be required to work closely with the Indian sales team

Skills

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a management position. T
  • Knowledge on working with the Indian Market (Preferable)
  • Knowledge on Forex, Fintech, Trading, etc (Preferable but also not mandatory)
  • Experience in building high-performance sales teams and sales processes
  • Bachelor degree
  • Strong personality with ability to find compromise if needed and to justify her/his opinion
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience with creating procedures, setting up KPI’s, following the processes, etc.
  • Positive attitude
  • Multitasking skills
  • High responsibility level
  • Out of box thinking
  • High proactivity level and initiative
