We handle local company registration and offer a full range of post setup services, as well as provide soft-landing and 24/7 coworking space access in Riyadh. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage a team of 8+ sales professionals ensuring they learn and grow whilst hitting targets

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets

  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure business heads are informed on the progress of those goals

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs

  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes and work closely with the relevant teams to capitalize on them

  • Work closely with Marketing and Communications to improve lead quality and increase quantity of leads

  • Drive improvements to the customer experience throughout the customer journey

  • Come up with new ideas to improve efficiency across the department 

  • Develop new initiatives to increase number of leads, re-engagement with leads and increase close % across the team

  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals

  • Analyze data and produce comprehensive reports on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to inform strategic business decisions and present results, process and team improvements to the management.

What do you need to be successful in this position?

    • 5+ years of leadership/management experience and an overall sales experience of 8+ years in an outcome-driven, KPI-focused environment

    • Experience in managing a team of 8+ people is essential

    • Experience in using a CRM system is a must (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)

    • Experience in producing regular comprehensive and data-driven reports for the management to inform strategic business decisions and report on performance

    • Ability to research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, potential customers, partnerships, added products and services, etc.

    • Able to manage clients independently

    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing parameters

    • Proficiency with data analysis and forecasting

    • High attention to detail and ability to create, review and manage documents and databases

    • Passion and proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets; results-oriented

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Perfect English, other languages are a plus

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, a natural “people person” with drive, enthusiasm and a serious “make it happen” attitude

    • Strong organization skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish; meticulous, organized, highly skilled at prioritization and resilient

    • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, ownership, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy

    • Be a brand ambassador for AstroLabs and represent the business with a professional and positive attitude at all times.

    • Independent thinker who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, try new things, solve problems and move fast

    • Experience in business setup and expansion services is a plus
