As part of our commitment to our key client in the region, we are actively seeking a Head of Sales to join their team. This pivotal role will concentrate on managing strategic accounts across the GCC, and we are excited to bring aboard a highly qualified professional for this position.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

– Lead and direct the local sales team, fostering a motivated and high-performing environment.
– Formulate effective channel strategies, including selecting and managing partners to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
– Foster cross-functional collaboration to support channel partners and end-users.
– Leverage organizational resources to drive market growth.
– Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and drive engagement within the commercial teams (including internal and distributor teams).
– Implement and monitor performance management of channel partners, ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory practices.
– Drive initiatives to completion, ensuring impactful outcomes.
– Manage relationships with customers, distributors, and global partners.

Problem Solving:

– Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and effective relationship-building skills.
– Analyze and interpret complex data to meet financial targets and ensure proper monitoring and reporting of metrics.
– Continuously monitor sales processes, including forecasting and pipeline management using SalesForce and other designated IT tools.
– Employ strong influencing skills.
– Collaborate across geographies and divisions to leverage business scale.
– Utilize comprehensive product and application knowledge for consultative and strategic selling presentations.
