We are kind to each other and push each other up. </span>If you are <span>passionate, unconventional, and driven by a desire to do the best work possible, then this is for you!</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>So, if the opportunity excites you, lets connect!</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>As a Head of Sales, you will:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Help support the overall vision of business and will be responsible for managing the implementation of day-to-day strategic digital &amp;/ non digital initiatives for our local clients.</span></li><li><span>Partner with clients, strategists, and creatives to bring brand platforms to life and activate engaging work to market across all social channels, digital touchpoints, and stages of the customer journey.</span></li><li>Oversee and manage social content, and potential influencer activity across digital programs.</li><li>Manage and develop client relations, exhibiting best practice in handling client requests.</li><li>Deliver digital and integrated projects from start to finish, including resource management, project management, budget control and client liaison.</li><li>Proactively identify digital opportunities for existing and potential new business and leading on work associated with forecasting and recognizing revenues.</li><li>Oversee quality and operational performance of the team mentoring and coaching them to drive the numbers and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Work closely with the Senior Leadership to expand the business across geographical locations and in bringing in right measures to nurture and retain existing clientele.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge And Skills</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span>Min. 7-8 years of experience working in a similar environment across any platform of media – TV, Radio, News Paper, Digital etc.,</span></li><li><span>A strong leadership figure, confident and representative of the team and the broader agency, with excellent management skills.</span></li><li><span>Able to provide strategic counsel rooted in insights and intelligence to clients.</span></li><li><span>Strong communications skills, verbal and written – able to develop high-quality strategy, write documents and proposals.</span></li><li><span>Track record in developing content and social strategies, audience planning/mapping, community management as well as new, innovative technologies.</span></li><li><span>Experience working across both consumer and B2B clients.</span></li><li><span>Passion for using digital to amplify campaigns, someone who can partner with clients, work on unlocking local opportunities and ultimately ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.</span></li><li><span>Awareness and understanding of managing executive social channels / pages.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span>An opportunity to shape your future and work with some of the most talented and energetic people in the communications industry.</span></li><li><span>A people first firm – positive and nurturing culture</span></li><li><span>A chance to work with peers across the brand, giving you the opportunity to enhance your skillsets and benefit from boundless knowledge exchange.</span></li><li><span>A dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive culture, where diversity is embraced – and you are celebrated and appreciated for who you are.</span></li><li><span>Diverse and vast library of virtual learning and development resources to support your personal and professional growth.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
