<p><strong>Company Profile</strong></p><p>Dollar and Thrifty are the leading brands in the UAE’s car rental and leasing sector with a fleet size of more than 25,000 vehicles. The company has very ambitious growth plans and is looking to hire a <strong>Head of Retail (Car Rental – Retail Business Unit).</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Job role</strong></p><ul><li>Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.</li><li>The Products Head will manage the assigned projects, to achieve the sales objectives in their designated areas.</li><li>The role will require significant collaboration with matrixed team members including the Account Management Team, Retail Sales Development, Website sales management, Revenue Team, etc.</li><li>Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.</li><li>Generating reports and presenting information to Board of Directors.</li><li>Manage and Lead a team to achieve business objectives</li><li>Constantly look to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and active sales targets.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the business.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree ideally with a Master’s in Business Management.</li><li>Be self-driven and ambitious.</li><li>Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a middle management role.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage people, projects, and budgets.</li><li>Knowledge of business operations and best practices.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you believe you are the right candidate, please write to us <strong>career@aaagroup.ae </strong>with the subject line: <strong>Head of Retail – AUH</strong></p>
