Job Description
<strong>Head of Product Design Hybrid (could be in Cairo or Amman)</strong><p><br></p>A market leading Edtech company is looking for a head of Product Design to join a newly established team, as they continue to push forward on an exciting period of growth and digital transformation with their innovative, industry-first products.<p><br></p>Embarking on a digital transformation with heavy investment and strong sponsorship from the CEO and COO this is an exciting time to join a growing business, developing and investing behind a new digital team so why not be a part of it!<p><br></p>You’ll lead and shape the customer experience across all of the products, designing & enhancing the user journeys and wider service design. Being the first designer in the team you’ll be playing a key vital part in product discovery, you’ll be the owner of all UX design for the digital team and help to grow an in-house design team.<p><br></p><strong>Ideal Skills / Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>10-15 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer (regulated industries desirable).</li><li>Experience in managing design agencies and designers.</li><li>Full lifecycle using design tools such as wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and customer journey maps.</li><li>Previous experience designing completely new experiences and end-to-end features</li><li>Passionate about Design and UX.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Sound interesting?
