• Develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of the presales Service across the different regions.
• Responsible for solutions development that will lead the LOB and the company to a leading position in the market.
• Develop the pre-sales strategy that will lead the future of the LoB.
• Collaborate with other Heads of Presales within different LoB(s) to develop integrated solutions and manage work synergies.
• Work with LOB GM and Sales Managers to identify & develop the selling approach.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis, and proactively use the knowledge in developing new solutions.
• Review market trends and technological advances to determine impact on the LoB’s offering.
• Work with team to design highly technical solutions and identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
• Analyze and determine partnership strategies in coordination with the LoB GM and Partner Managers.
• Ensure that the LoB’s technical components of the proposals is efficiently integrated with all configured solutions before submission to the sales team for final compilation.
• Work with Presales Managers to ensure proper assignment of their teams to their projects, providing guidance and support when needed.
• Review and approve the preliminary offer for high value and complex solutions configuration.
• Prepare and regularly update the new offerings Portfolio.
• Ensure and coordinate the Education of the Sales Team on the basic technicalities and functionality of new offerings to guide them in identifying leads within the assigned sectors.
• Communicate with Sales, PMs, and technical teams to gather insights and information on various aspects such as clients’ needs and projects challenges which can be an added value to the offering’s portfolio or changes in proposal.
• Ensure proper knowledge preservation and management of both the presales team and the organization.
• Coordinate continuous products/offering awareness campaigns across the organization.
• Develop the presales team to be ready to act as a consultant/advisor to the client on complex technical issues and conduct presentations.
Personal Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communication engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or a related field within the Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
• Proven track record leading the presales activities in the Managed Services and BPO sector for at least 3 years.
Technical Skills
• In-depth understanding of Managed Services and BPO solutions, including infrastructure management, application support, cloud services, and business process outsourcing.
• Familiarity with industry standards, frameworks, and best practices related to Managed Services and BPO.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing team in the Managed Services and BPO presales domain.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate at different organizational levels.
• Deep understanding of the Managed Services and BPO industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Experience in KSA market is preferred.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess revenue margins and order book projections in the Managed Services and BPO context.
• Experience in developing and managing partnerships and alliances within the industry.
• Familiarity with sales processes specific to Managed Services and BPO.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in the Managed Services and BPO space.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective Managed Services and BPO solutions.
• Experience in conducting presentations and consultations with clients in the context of Managed Services and BPO.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools specific to the industry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in proposal preparation and solution design for Managed Services and BPO offerings.
• Experience in portfolio management and new offering development within the Managed Services.
