ABOUT THE ROCKET MARKETING

We’re on a mission to democratize growth for businesses online. We do that by truly scaling our agency clients and showing our hundreds of thousands of followers how they can do the same. 🚀🚀

We are a META Business Partner and Tiktok Partner agency and the founder (Hicham Zaraket) (https://www.instagram.com/thezaraket/) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.

We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the World (France, Canada, Germany, KSA, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco).

We are now looking to double the size of our agency (from ~10 to 20) and are hiring a small team locally in Germany and the Head of Performance is the first and most critical role for us right now. 🔥🔥

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have taken many of our clients (partners) from zero to 7-figure and now looking to significantly scale our efforts and are looking for the right person to lead us there.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to build and influence our growth in the market as we prepare for hypergrowth in 2023 and beyond! The role will be based remotely for the first 3 months and will require moving to Berlin following that.

YOUR MISSION

👉 Lead and grow a small team of performance marketing specialists 

👉 Take ownership of performance of our portfolio of accounts (SEA and Paid Social)

👉 Create a detailed list of goals and KPIs for your team and help them achieve their targets

👉 Develop a tracking and reporting system that allows us to take tactical and strategic decisions

👉 Keep up to date on the latest changes and new trends within the industry and apply them to your daily work in addition to competitor research and analysis

👉 You will report to the CEO and will help spearhead our growth

A LITTLE ABOUT YOU:

▶️ Experience in media buying for 2-8 years (eCommerce, Lead Generation or Course Creators)

▶️ Experience in leading and managing teams for 2+ years (ideally in startups/agencies)

▶️ Managed ad spend of at least $30k/month profitably

▶️ You love data and numbers and are obsessed with testing different scenarios until you find the solution

▶️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English & Arabic Preferred but not necessary)
