After a successful launch in 2021, MAKAN furnished 1000 homes, got backed by an exceptional pool of investors, and we are hiring a solid team to accelerate our development… 🚀

🎯 JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will join a growing team in the most promising start-up in its sector 💪🏻

Alongside the two Co-Founders Othmane & Youssef, former managers at BCG and Oliver Wyman, you will play an important role in building tech-enabled operations for MAKAN and Kurtains.  

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Leverage data & tech to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and scale our business. For this you will be working closely with our tech team
  • Plan and monitor day-to-day running of business, processes execution and customers satisfaction
  • Hire/lead/mentor and motivate a team of talented, high-potential employees to achieve productivity and engagement in our operations department 
  • Foster growth by entering new cities / deploying new product lines 
  • Identify and develop potential partnership with other players in the sector that can help us build state of the art operations

🎯 WHAT YOU NEED:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset: you are ready to work on different types of topics 👊🏼
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and organized, very tech savy
  • Experience in management consulting or in management roles in startup ecosystem 
  • Ability to build a roadmap for innovation and improvement, organize around its execution, mobilize, and empower a team, and drive to success
  • ·Effective decision-making skills and self-starter attitude with initiative and drive, capable of executing rapidly with limited strategic direction
  • Strong people management capabilities and ability to work with a wide range of individuals
