Description

* Seeking a commercial lawyer to establish the legal framework and processes for this growing organisation.
* Partnering with external legal counsel to make sure all in house legal requirements are met.
* Develop and implement legal strategies and policies in line with the company’s objectives and the legal requirements of KSA.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including distribution agreements, procurement contracts, and vendor agreements.
* Provide legal advice and support on matters related to employment and labour law, including drafting employment contracts, handling employee disputes, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
* Manage litigation matters, including disputes, claims, and legal actions involving the company.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and other departments, to ensure legal compliance and provide timely legal guidance.
