Job Description
<p>A leading architectural firm based in UAE is seeking a <strong>Head Of Landscape </strong> <strong> – (HLA – 407)</strong> <strong> </strong>with below responsibilities</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Role</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the landscape team and provide architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural work with them, including generating design concepts.</li><li>Participate in presentation meetings with clients and consultants.</li><li>Provide technical design expertise and services in all landscape architectural design development processes.</li><li>Present and Manage proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design process.</li><li>Provide creative design solutions to stakeholders and ensures projects are continually meeting budgets and schedules.</li><li>Capable in conducting site analysis, brief analysis and design concept presentations.</li><li>Produce high quality presentations using Photoshop and PowerPoint.</li><li>Conduct a professional research and keep the team updated with industry changes, evolution and best practices.</li><li>Provide expert knowledge of landscape architecture principles and have final decision authority on all landscape architecture drawings and documents</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture – Landscape Architect.</li><li>Min. 15 years experience as Landscape Architect.</li><li>Excellent presentation abilities and <strong>Proven experience in Residential Villas.</strong></li><li>Proficiency Design software (Photoshop, Lumion, InDesign, 3DS Max, Sketch Up, Lumion, Microsoft Office and <strong>Revit is a must</strong>)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li><li>Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Contact</strong></p><p>Please send your CV with Portfolio to hr@naga.ae with code id (HLA – 407)</p><p></p>
