We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as the Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our business remains at the forefront of the industry.

As the Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations, you will lead and manage a team responsible for the seamless functioning of our IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring 100% uptime of services across On-Prem, Multi-Cloud, and Brick-and-Mortar Operations.

  • Designing, deploying, and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems (Azure, OCI & AWS) through vendor partnerships and internal teams.

  • Guaranteeing the availability, reliability, and security of our IT infrastructure, in close collaboration with our InfoSec and GRC team to adhere to industry best practices.

  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of IT infrastructure, cloud-based systems, and related technologies to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.

  • Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives, collaborating with senior management to set performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Overseeing infrastructure operations across various functions, including Datacenter, Network, Systems, Unix/Linux, Collaboration, Cloud, and End User Computing.

  • Managing risk, compliance, and internal controls to protect the company’s IT operations.

  • Building and leading a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Defining disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for the infrastructure.

  • Aligning and delivering on business objectives, and maintaining effective working relationships with application and project teams.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and continuous integration and delivery.

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps Services, as well as other relevant technologies such as Windows Servers, Hyper V, PAM (CyberArk), etc.

  • Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell), troubleshooting, and ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

  • Strong leadership skills, fostering a sense of team spirit and maintaining a participative and supportive team culture.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changes and leading a team of technical professionals.
